Terms & Conditions — neajee Platform Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the neajee platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile browser interface, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and support services — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the neajee platform.

neajee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, neajee will publish a revised version with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open a neajee account and access any real-money service on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. neajee strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds — including deposited balances and any winnings — will be forfeited.
• You are registering an account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a neajee employee or affiliated entity.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another neajee account that was closed due to a breach of these terms or due to fraudulent conduct.
• You provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Providing false identity information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

neajee may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may lead to account closure.

3. Account Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account at neajee. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, neajee will close all but the earliest-registered account and may void any bonuses or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts.

Players are responsible for keeping their account information current and accurate. If your registered email address, phone number, or payment details change, you must update your account profile promptly. neajee accepts no liability for communications or payments sent to outdated contact or payment details held on your account.

neajee accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds within it to any other person.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

neajee accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific methods may vary; current available options are displayed at the time of deposit.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, however transactions above a certain threshold may trigger enhanced verification checks as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the same name as the registered neajee account. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match the neajee account name — will be declined and returned to the source account.

neajee does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which neajee accepts no responsibility.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used for a deposit, and that is registered in the same name as the neajee account. neajee does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours for accounts that have passed identity verification. Unverified accounts may experience delays of up to 5 business days whilst verification is completed.

Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Any attempt to circumvent wagering requirements — including placing offsetting bets across multiple outcomes — may result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

neajee offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the promotion and should be read in full before claiming. General conditions applicable to all neajee bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered at least 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other players, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering — will result in bonus cancellation, return of any related winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure.
• neajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion. Where a bonus is cancelled after being credited, the bonus balance will be removed from your account but any real-money deposits will remain unaffected.

7. Responsible Gaming and Age Verification

neajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Players must be 21 years of age or older. neajee uses commercially reasonable verification tools to confirm player ages at registration and may request documentary evidence at any time.

Players who believe that their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to make use of the following tools available on the neajee platform: deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. neajee will honour all self-exclusion requests within one (1) business day of receipt. A self-excluded player may not be reinstated for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date of exclusion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the neajee platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable system error will be voided.
• Using the neajee platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime. neajee complies with all applicable anti-money-laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals through a payment provider after funds have been used to place bets. Chargeback fraud will be pursued to the full extent available.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the neajee platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, game assets, logos, and the neajee brand name — is the intellectual property of neajee or its licensed suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from neajee.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neajee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruptions in service, or third-party payment provider errors. neajee's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

neajee makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt access. neajee will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance where practicable.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

neajee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering a neajee account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

neajee may suspend or terminate a Player account at its discretion, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification requirements being met.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within 2 business days. Any pending withdrawals will continue to be processed after closure.

Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. neajee will attempt to contact the account holder before applying a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in at any time.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the neajee platform must first be submitted in writing to neajee's support team at [email protected]. neajee will investigate and provide a written response within 14 business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy. neajee's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account standing shall be final, subject only to demonstrated technical error.

14. Amendments

neajee reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on record. Where continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance, neajee will provide a minimum of 7 days' notice of any material change before it takes effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be applied without notice.
